What is Tempry?
Tempry is the HR platform for teams who've outgrown spreadsheets.
Absence management: Employees request time off from Slack, email, or the web app. Managers approve or reject from the same Slack message, with balance impact shown before they confirm. Once approved, the employee's Slack status updates automatically. Balances stay accurate because there's only one place they live — no shared sheet to reconcile.
Performance reviews: Run 360° feedback cycles with reusable rating and free-text question sets. Assign reviewers to subjects, launch the cycle, and track submission rates and per-question analytics as feedback comes in. Once enough feedback is collected, Tempry generates an AI summary of each subject's strengths and areas to improve — visible only to the cycle owner. Managers can keep private notes and publish a separate review doc to the employee, with a read receipt.
Manager 1-on-1s: A private, dated log per direct report, with AI-suggested discussion questions for each session — no employee data sent to the model.
Where Tempry lives: Slack for requests, approvals, and auto-updating status. Email for teams that don't use Slack or Google Calendar. Calendar for a team-wide view of who's off and when they're back.
