Tattoo is a program that allows users to create textures for 3D models by quite literally painting on them.(Called Projection Painting)

You can use a variety of brushes to paint on the textures and you can even make your own brushes using the included help file.

Recommended for low polygon models but may even be used for higher polygon ones if the program can load it. Not recommended for
