TaskWaffle is an ADHD planner that combines tasks, calendar, notes, habits, journaling, financial tracking, and a focus timer. It sorts each entry into its category and displays the next task on the Home feature. The Habits feature tracks progress over 30 days instead of maintaining streaks. TaskWaffle offers a free 14-day trial of all features without needing a credit card.
TaskWaffle is designed for ADHD users, quietly holding missed tasks and offering a simplified view of daily tasks. After a week of inactivity, users can start fresh without clearing any backlog. The platform also provides quiet hours, a quiet-today switch, and a calm mode for busy periods.
TaskWaffle includes task and project management, calendar synchronization with Google Calendar, a weekly timetable, notes, lists, and a mood-inclusive journal. It shows habits as "21 of the last 30 days", with an option to pause a habit. The app has a financial management system that tracks budgets, bills, and subscriptions without needing bank login. A customizable focus timer is also available.
TaskWaffle includes an interactive assistant that proposes solutions based on user data but needs user confirmation for changes. The software operates offline, storing data on your device and syncing to the EU (Frankfurt). The assistant only accesses permitted data, and the server enforces this access control. Your data is never used to train AI models, and you can export or delete all your data at any time.
