I love the fact that I can manage the file with git. This makes it easy to collaborate with others on the same project. I use emacs orgmode to create projects and then export to taskjuggler code.
I quote from it's online manual:
"The graphical user interface from the 2.x version has not been ported to TaskJuggler 3.x yet. So all work with TaskJuggler needs to be done in your favorite text editor and in a command shell."
