What is Tagstoo?
Tag folders and files (including multimedia) by dragging the tags on them, you can create tags of various shapes and colors for a more intuitive classification.
Precise search possibilities, with various input fields, allowing to add all the necessary tags that you want. For example, in one field you can add the tags cat and white and in another field you can add the tags dog and brown, so the search result will return all white cats and brown dogs. Another more abstract example to show the available searches can be: Searh under folders that have (tag50) or (tag51 + tag52) files that have (tag1 + tag2 + tag7 + tag8) or (tag1 + tag2 + tag6 + tag9) but don't have (tag10) and (tag11).

I found it intuitive and easy to use, with a brilliant system to construct specific searches. You can create different databases for each different universe of your things that you want to organize: photos, music, videos.., even is good to organize ebooks. It would be greater if in addition to labels you could able add comments in plain text.
With this application it’s possible to add tags with different forms, colors and texts to any type of files and folders, being able then to perform specific searches such as for example “show me the files that have tagA and tagB or tagA and tagC and that do not have tagD”. You can also indicate that the folders where they are must have certain tags.
The application displays two panels: a kind of file explorer where in addition to tagging you can perform the usual actions with the file system, and a searcher where you specify what you want to search and the results are displayed. In both panels items (folders and files) ca be displayed as a list or as icons of variable size, also it has preview of images, audios and videos and also of epub books.
In addition it doesn’t require any intallation

Tool can only tag folders - Files not working. Unfortunately therefore completely unusable.
Although the the graphic interface could be excessively "personal" is really easy to tag any kind of archive or directories, and searcher has powerful combination capacities.
It's very useful, you can tag folders also.
