What It Does: With a double click, the application fetches your raw Shopify data and organizes it into two (02) clean, structured Google Sheets tabs. It replaces hours of manual CSV exporting and formatting. The application clears and rewrites these "Raw" tabs on each run.
Tab 1: Orders General
- What: Order level financial data for reconciliation.
- Key Fields: Order ID, Date, Customer Name, Email, Status, Fulfillment, Total Items, Currency, Subtotal, Shipping Total, Tax Total, Disc. Total, Grand Total, PGW, Tags and Source.
- Purpose: Bank reconciliation and financial overview.
Tab 2: Items Sold
- What: Detailed breakdown of every item sold.
- Key Fields: Order ID, Date, Product Variant, SKU, Quantity, Unit Price, Disc. Name, Item Disc., Line Total, Currency, Item Status and Fulfillment.
- Purpose: SKU level performance analysis.
