Shopify Sync Engine: Customers Module

What It Does: With a double click, the application fetches your Shopify customer data and organizes it into a clean, structured Google Sheets tab. It eliminates the need for manual CSV exports and data cleaning.

• What: Your complete customer database including contact details and marketing consent flags.
• Key Fields: ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Address Phone, SMS Marketing Status, Email Marketing Status, Total Orders, Total Spent (LTV), City, Country, and Created At.
• Purpose: Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) analysis, audience segmentation, and marketing compliance audits.

Important Limitations & Requirements

• Data access is subject to the native restrictions of your Shopify plan. Shopify explicitly restricts the automatic extraction of personal customer data for stores on the "Basic" plan.

• Full access to the Customers API (which includes sensitive data like email addresses, phone numbers, and specific locations) is typically available starting from the Shopify "Growth" plan and higher.

Please note: This restriction affects ANY third party tool or module attempting to pull personal identifiers. If your store is on the Basic plan, the sync will run, but columns containing personal identifiers will remain empty due to Shopify's API policy.
