SuperTuxKart is a free 3D kart racing game; we want to make the game fun more than we want to make it realistic. You can play with up to 4 friends on one PC, racing against each other or just try to beat the computer (a network multiplayer feature is planned).

Got nothing but fantastic memories of playing a racing game with the Linux mascot. Graphics may not match the likes of Mario Kart or Need for Speed, but it has a lot of character. And can't really ask for much when it's free and open source. Well done for keeping us and our children entertained.
Open source, fun.
Its a very addicting and fun game
I love it, Story mode gives me "Diddy Kong Racing" vibes. The stiff base character animations are a little "ehh" but forgivable for a free game. I also really like the ability to play online with friends. And, if I wanted to, I could always make my own models/characters/tracks to add and share with my friends.

Amazing open-source kart racing game ;)
Great open-source arcade racer. Needs a bit of polish in some areas, but each update cuts down on these rough spots a lot. Sadly, no online multiplayer yet (local does work though), though a lot of work in this area is happening in the code right now, so hopefully it will be finished soon.
