Student Trove is a comprehensive academic management app designed for university and high school students. From class scheduling and assignment tracking to grade analysis and attendance monitoring, every aspect of student life is covered in a single, focused application.

TIMETABLE & SCHEDULING Build a precise class schedule with support for bi-weekly (Week A/Week B) alternating patterns, room assignments, and instructor details. The timetable resolves week patterns automatically based on a configurable semester anchor date, ensuring alternating-week schedules are always accurate.

CALENDAR & TASKS Manage deadlines across all task categories: exams, tests, assignments, homework, and projects. Tasks support daily, weekly, and monthly recurrence with per-occurrence overrides — individual instances can be edited or skipped independently of the series. Task dependencies enable automatic cascade-shifting of due dates when a parent task is rescheduled.

GRADES & GPA Record grades with per-category weighting across exams, quizzes, homework, and participation. The Grade Goal Calculator determines the exact score required on any remaining assessment to reach a specified target grade, accounting for its weight in the overall average.

ATTENDANCE TRACKING Record attendance as present, absent, or excused at the class session level. Each course supports a configurable allowed absences threshold, with alerts surfaced automatically as the limit approaches.

REMINDERS Each task supports multiple reminder offsets — such as 24 hours, 3 hours, and at the time of submission. Class session reminders are scheduled independently. All reminders are recalculated automatically when task dates or cascaded dependencies change.

PREMIUM: SMART IMPORT Extract timetable sessions, assignments, and grades from photos, PDFs, or pasted text using bundled on-device OCR — no internet connection required. All detected records are presented for review and editing before being written to the database.

PREMIUM: ADVANCED INSIGHTS A structured analytics dashboard providing attendance risk analysis, grade trend tracking, workload distribution heatmaps, schedule gap quality scoring, task completion rates, overdue task summaries, and study session reporting. Each insight links directly to the relevant section of the app.

PREMIUM: STUDY PLANNER Generate a structured study schedule from four plan templates: Balanced Plan, Deadline Sprint, Target Grade Plan, or Custom. Sessions are individually reschedulable, and each plan displays completion progress with upcoming, overdue, and skipped session counts.

ACCESSIBILITY Includes four colour vision deficiency modes (Deuteranopia, Protanopia, Tritanopia, Achromatopsia), high contrast mode, reduced motion, text scaling from 0.5× to 2.0×, readable text mode, and 18 colour themes.
