Picture-In-Picture is the main feature of this browser, there is little beside it. If you a movie freak who wishes to watch video during the worktime, it can help, but if you expect other things - better look for something else. You could call it a PIP app instead of a browser in fact. As it is Win10 only, the potential users are limited.
