What is Stocuro?
Stocuro is self-hosted inventory and stock management software for interventional radiology (IR) departments and cath labs — barcode scanning, expiry/lot tracking, and usage reporting per procedure, running entirely on your own PHP + MariaDB server.
Core features:
- GS1 barcode scanning for the full stock lifecycle: receive, use, transfer, return, write-off
- Lot/expiry tracking, automatic reorder advice, role-based access
- Usage reporting broken down per procedure and specialist
- Runs on shared hosting, Docker, or a Synology NAS — no external dependencies, no framework
Licensing, to be upfront about it: this isn't FOSS. Source is public on GitHub for inspection and self-hosting, but it's proprietary — free for one admin account, paid yearly activation codes for additional users. License checks run entirely offline, no phone-home, no subscription server.
It's built for interventional radiology/cath labs specifically (the four-location model matches how those departments actually store stock), but the location logic is generic enough for any team scanning stock in/out of a fixed set of places.
