What is StaffHub?
StaffHub is a staff training and announcements platform for retailers and retail teams, including Shopify merchants. Managers create training modules and onboarding checklists, assign them to specific staff or whole teams, publish announcements, and see read receipts confirming who has seen each update. Staff get a clear list of what to read and complete, on any device. StaffHub also includes lightweight rotas and time-off requests. It runs inside the Shopify admin and as a standalone web app, with a free 1-seat plan and paid plans that include a 14-day trial.
