Out of date. Hasn't had an update in over 3 years, June 2015. :(
A quick and straight to the point review. The tool allowed me to:
Manage inbound messages and mentions. Ability to schedule content on FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, LinKedIn, and Pinterest. Instagram and Google plus not supported. Ability to invite team members and assign inbound mentions/ Yes. Provides the main KPI’s for twitter and Facebook in a simple nice interface.
I missed the following:
Can detect sentiment/ No. Can User set sentiment/ No. Doesn’t differentiate between Child and Global Facebook pages in terms of number of fans and growth. Doesn’t provide dashboards with KPI’s and widgets for different platforms.
At the moment it doesn't provide me with every thing I need, so I switched from team to free account during the trail, but will definitely give the tool another go in the future.
