What is SortedResearch?

SortedResearch helps innovation, consumer insight and product teams find out how customers group ideas, whether they can find things, and what matters most to them.

It has four study types that link together. A card sort (open, closed or hybrid) shows how people group a long list of concepts, needs or features. A finished sort can become a pairwise, Best-Worst (MaxDiff) or Findability (tree testing) study in one click, carrying its groups across. Pairwise scores every need on importance and satisfaction and plots an opportunity matrix of unmet needs. Best-Worst ranks long lists on a 0 to 100 scale. Findability shows first clicks, paths and a confidence range for each task.

Every response passes up to eleven automatic quality checks, and rejected responses are replaced at no cost, including for participants you recruit yourself. A built-in AI assistant names card sort groups and drafts a report for each study.

Plans start at $49 a month with unlimited studies. Recruited participants cost from $5 per completed response with no minimum. One study with up to 10 participants is free, with no card required.
