Comments and Reviews
Paid version is good and one of the very few PDF editors able to change font spacing, rotating pics and text at any angle you want. Unfortunately they turned to Subscription license system.
Free trial lets you fill in form and then won't save it. I'm going to do screenshots. You might try Ashampoo PDF Free for simple form fill editing.
