These numbers work for situations where other free number generators don't. And if you get a number and it doesn't work, you're not charged for it. Downside is that for the services where most other free number generators won't work (e.g. signing up for Google Voice), the fees can be a bit high, but still pretty reasonable at under $3. There were hinders and multiple attempts, but in the end after 2 weeks and advice from the support all worked as expected. I hope this service is not for spammers, though. Just for people struggling with a few personal registrations.

Sorry I bought 25 numbers and what is remaining is just 3 why?
I needed a phone number for business and here SIM Cards can be expensive and many other platforms similar did not have any numbers for the countries I wanted, but alas SMS-Man had the country and service I wanted
Would buy from them again :)
