OpenSlicer Studio is a free, open-source web application that converts 3D models (.STL, .OBJ, .3MF) into ready-to-cut 2D fabrication plans (.DXF, .SVG, .EPS) for laser cutters and CNC routers. Inspired by the classic Autodesk 123D Make and Slicer for Fusion 360, it runs directly in your web browser with zero installation required.

You can slice any 3D geometry using Stacked Slices, Interlocked Waffle Grids, or Radial Slices. The tool automatically generates half-lap interlocking joint slots, CNC bit corner reliefs (Dog-bone / T-bone), and guide labels for effortless physical assembly. Perfect for organic furniture, architectural models, sculptures, and rapid prototyping.
