SkiaQA reviews every report before it submits, not a sample after the fact. It catches laterality conflicts, wrong or missing comparison dates, internal contradictions, findings-impression mismatches, buried critical findings, and incomplete sections, in seconds, on the first report of the day and the four hundredth.

SkiaReporter replaces dictation-and-correction with click to report: the radiologist selects findings and the report assembles itself in clinically precise wording. Impressions build from the same selections, so nothing is predicted and nothing is fabricated. Early deployments report 30 to 40% faster reporting with 70 to 90% of impressions auto generated.

SkiaManager handles the coordination: worklist sync, auto assignment by modality and subspecialty, alerts on the channels teams already watch (Messages, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, email), prior study context, and direct submit back to PACS.
