What is Sixty?

Sixty makes you stand up once an hour. After 60 minutes of active work it shows a 60-second countdown, then locks every screen for 60 seconds with two standing exercises, back first, shown by an animated figure.

It never locks during a call: it sees which app uses the microphone (Meet, Zoom, Teams, Slack, Telegram and others) and waits until the call ends. It needs no permissions and never records audio.

There is no Skip button and no settings. The only way out of a break is typing four random words, twice a day. Free, open source, no tracking, macOS 14+.
