It's definitely not bad of an art social network; no ads and no trackers either. There have been past concerns about how the moderators might treat their users; and I heard some not-so-great stuff about it eight months ago. The "10 registration slots every 8 hours" thing doesn't look to be a big deal in my opinion. The major concern for me though is these "on-the-spot" bans. I feel like that's not a risk worth taking until I hear otherwise.
