SheetAgent for Civil 3D

SheetAgent for Civil 3D is a sheet-production plugin for Autodesk Civil 3D. It lets civil engineering teams generate plan and profile sheets, key maps, legends, matchlines, and title blocks using their firm's layer standard, then keeps the set correct as the design evolves.

Sheets generate four ways: array tiles a closed boundary; path runs sheets along a polyline, which suits exhibits, utilities, and early studies before an alignment exists; alignment-based sheets follow stationing; and free placement drops a sheet preview in model space on a click.

Every element stays editable. Move, rotate, or reshape a tile and the layout follows; adjust viewports; redraw matchlines; and edit, reposition, or swap the title block and its fields, all without breaking the set. When an alignment moves, the set re-tiles against the new geometry while matchlines, viewport titles, and sheet numbers come along, instead of being rebuilt.

Generated sheets stay linked to Autodesk Sheet Set Manager, so sheet numbering and sheet lists stay current. The Health panel flags drift before a set ships, warning rather than blocking, and never overwrites manual work. Your company layer standard lives in an editable Excel template and covers the layers, linetypes, and colours SheetAgent draws with, rather than your whole CAD standard. The drawing work happens on your machine. Telemetry is counts only, which function ran and how many layouts: never a file name, never a drawing, never a line of your design.

Pricing is per shared seat, billed annually. Anyone on your team can use SheetAgent, and you pay only for how many people use it at the same time. A seat frees up automatically after two hours idle or when user close the program. Rates are graduated: $749 per seat per year for seats 1 to 15, $699 for seats 16 to 25, and $649 for seats 26 to 50, with a 2-seat minimum. Every seat includes the full feature set.
