Editor only works with Adobe Flash Player, so after January 2021 it's not operational any more. I had to migrate to uMap (fortunately you can easily copy geoJSON from sharemap.org and import it in the umap editor)

Sharemap is an online map creation GIS tool. With ShareMap you can create maps that can be later presented in various formats - as SVG vector graphic, bitmap raster or as interactive web map. Maps are free and licensed with Creative Commons license - it can be used on commercial and non commercial sites. Sharemap is what you need to create map for Wikipedia or Wikipedia Commons. Sharemap is still in beta phase - feedback from the community is warmly welcome.
