Download does not work as of July 2024. And, as I described in 2019 (see my comment), there was no response to my enquiry at the time.
I asked via chat window, when WebDAV would be available in their software, as announced. No reply, no later e-mail, even though that chat thing urged me to give my e-mail address, which I did. If that's what they mean by customer care, why should I be willing to buy the professional version? Their behavior really makes me wonder if I'd ever receive the license number after purchase ...
And even worse: There is no free version, although it is stated on the website. Only one version exists, which you can try for two hours (time is counted only while you have established a connection to an FTP server). After this time, the program is no longer usable, and you are getting urged to buy the pro version. I had thought the program would switch to free version after the demo time, but I was wrong.
Very, very annoying. Everything would have been fine if they had written on their web site that they only offer paid versions.
I can recommend CrossFTP (commercial) and FileZilla (free/libre open source software) instead, although FileZilla has some problems with TLS from time to time on my GNU/Linux machine (Xubuntu).
