What is SendCleared?

SendCleared is a pre-send email QA and client approval tool for freelancers and agencies who send campaigns on behalf of clients.

Send a test from your email service provider to a unique address for each client. SendCleared then runs automated checks in about ten seconds, covering merge tags, broken links, missing alt text, spam triggers, UTM parameters and unsubscribe and address essentials. You fix anything flagged before the client sees it.

You then share a branded approval link. Clients view the email at desktop and mobile widths and either approve it or request changes, with no ESP access needed. Each approval is logged with the approver’s name and a timestamp, so there is a clear record of who signed off on which version.

SendCleared works with any ESP that can send a test email, including Klaviyo, Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign. It does not include inbox rendering previews, so teams that need to test how an email displays across many email clients may want a rendering tool alongside it.

There is a free plan (3 approval links a month, no credit card required), with paid plans for freelancers and agencies based on the number of clients.
