What is Seer.to?

Seer is a search tool for breach data and OSINT investigations. Enter one identifier (an email address, username, phone number, domain or full name) and Seer searches four kinds of records for it at once:

  • Breached credentials: rows from leaked databases, each with its source and date. Search by email, username, password, hash, IP, phone, domain or name.
  • Device Exposure logs: complete records from devices affected by infostealer malware, including saved logins, cookies and files. You can browse each device's capture as an archive.
  • Social accounts: a live check of 700+ platforms for accounts linked to a username, email or phone number.
  • People search: US public records, including addresses, phone numbers, relatives and known aliases.

The free exposure check needs no account and masks sensitive values. A free account includes 10 searches a day. Paid plans raise the limits and show full records; full stealer-log values need Premium. Premium and Team plans include a REST API for breach, stealer-log and people search, and it has a published OpenAPI spec. Monitors watch the emails and domains you own and send an email or webhook alert when new records appear.
