Sealed Print is a cloud print service for small and mid-sized businesses and the IT service providers who look after them. It replaces print servers, VPN tunnels and port forwarding with one simple idea: every computer gets its own printer URL. Add it once as a network printer in Windows, macOS or Linux and print from any program. There is no driver to install, because the URL uses IPP Everywhere, the driverless standard built into the operating systems.
Every job lands in a live queue. From there it goes where it belongs: to printers in the office, the warehouse or a home office through the Sealed Print relay client (Windows, macOS, Linux, or Docker on a NAS), directly to IPP INFRA capable printers, to printers on the internet through IPP push, or as a PDF to an email address. Besides printer URLs, documents arrive by web upload, from the phone's share menu, by email and through a REST API, which also connects n8n, Zapier, Make and Stripe.
Documents that need a signature are signed on the way: signers sign by email link without an account, Sealed Print seals the PDF with a timestamp, and every page carries a verification code, so even a printed copy stays verifiable. Advanced electronic signatures with identity verification are available too.
Sealed Print runs in a data center in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Connections use TLS, stored documents are encrypted, and a data processing agreement is concluded automatically. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card.
