Still available. Dead Link. I tried 3 Sites. Softonic gave dummy appearance of download. Extensoft.com and screen-capturer.informer.com downloaded identical install package which ended up asking for License number which was linked to a dead site. I gave up and wrote the above and then the program popped up active. Standard Screenshot and Video Screenshot. I tried this program to see if it captured Scrolling Windows, which it doesn't. I'm not interested in trying the rest.
