What is RustCast?

An alternative to Raycast that's blazing fast, customisable, and open source. It's built to be easy to use and also cross-platform, with Linux and windows support coming soon, and macOS support available. It takes an anti-AI approach, where AI features won't be natively supported.

It has support for features like:

  • App launching
  • Web search
  • Customisable UI (Font and colours)
  • Calculator
  • Clipboard history
  • Emoji search
  • Custom functions (via shell commands and scripts)
  • Unit conversions (Metric to Freedom Units, and SI units and vice versa)
  • Shortcut for directly opening to clipboard history
  • Easter eggs (Sponsor on github for a dedicated easter egg)
