What is Rocky Linux?
Rocky Linux is a community enterprise operating system designed to be 100% bug-for-bug compatible with America's top enterprise Linux distribution now that its downstream partner has shifted direction. It is under intensive development by the community. Rocky Linux is led by Gregory Kurtzer, founder of the CentOS project. The current ETA for initial release is March 31. Contributors are asked to reach out using the communication options offered on this site.

If you want RHEL but free, or Fedora but totally stable, use RockyLinux.
The packages are older as expected, but there are no bugs to expect.
Lots of different versions, including a KDE edition.
X11 recommended, Wayland still buggy.
All versions of Rocky Linux are quite slow in updating even the most important packages. Not good for my usage. Might be good for you...
Rocky is great if you want to run something that requires stability. It is RHEL forked distro that can fit all your server needs.
