What is ResourcePulse?

ResourcePulse is a GitHub Action that reviews Azure Bicep changes on every pull request. It posts a monthly cost delta, governance warnings, and AI agent suggestions directly in the PR — so engineers see the cost impact of infrastructure changes before they merge.

Unlike traditional cost tools, ResourcePulse doesn't need read access to your Azure subscription; it parses Bicep templates and the az deployment what-if plan, then maps resources to Azure retail pricing. Built for platform and FinOps teams who want shift-left cost visibility without granting cloud permissions to a third party.
