Powerful, modern HTTP / REST client for Sublime Text. Requester has an expansive feature set, modern UX, powerful, elegant syntax and first class support for API testing and test automation. It runs on macOS, Windows and Linux. Some features:

Comments and Reviews
Way faster to use than Postman given that it works in Sublime Text and also free!
It's just as powerful as GUI HTTP clients like Postman and Paw, but it's more flexible and easier to use.
