RepDB is a ready-to-ship exercise database for fitness and workout apps. Instead of scraping exercise data or paying a monthly API subscription, you buy the dataset once and host the files yourself.
The catalog has 701 exercises. Each comes with a name, description, step-by-step instructions, primary and secondary muscles, equipment, MET value and curated relations to similar exercises, in English, German, Spanish and French. Every exercise ships with two illustration styles at 1024x1024 pixels: a 3D-rendered "classic" look on a transparent background with the worked muscles highlighted, and a flat vector look.
The Stills tier includes the images, equipment icons, JSON data and all four languages. Standard adds looping transparent animations for the 544 exercises that involve movement, a muscle heatmap, AI embeddings for semantic search, and a SQLite database with TypeScript types. A female character is available as an add-on. There are no API keys, no rate limits and no subscription: the data works offline and can be embedded directly in mobile, web or backend apps.
A free tier with all 701 exercises (flat images at 512 px, English, German and Spanish) is available for personal and commercial use with attribution, and a preview bundle with real production assets can be downloaded without signup.
