RepCheck is a strength training tracker and gym log built for lifters who follow structured barbell programs. It takes popular community spreadsheets — like 531, nSuns, and GZCLP — and turns them into a fully functional workout app. Set your max, and RepCheck handles the rest: percentage-based weight calculations, set-by-set tracking, and automatic progression.

Each program comes with structured weeks, days, and percentage-based sets — fully customizable.
MAX SYSTEM & WEIGHT CALCULATION Define your own max entries — 1RM, Training Max, 3RM, or anything else. Multiple exercises can share the same max. Main sets are calculated as a percentage of your max and rounded to your plate setup. Accessory exercises use absolute weights. Complete an increment week, and your max updates automatically.
PROGRAM BUILDER Build custom routines with full control:
- Weeks, days, and exercises
- Exercise types: Main (percentage-based) and Accessory (absolute weight)
- Sections per exercise for grouping sets or movements
- Set types: Standard, AMRAP, and RPE
- Custom rest time per set
- Increment rules for automatic progression
Design your program once, then follow it. Duplicate programs or weeks to build variations.
CYCLE & NAVIGATION Programs with repeating cycles advance automatically after the final week. Navigate freely between cycles, weeks, and days.
