What is Regent Fitness?

Regent Fitness is an iPhone diet and nutrition tracker that organizes meals, food labels, supplements, water, weigh-ins, and fasting in a daily view called Moments. It estimates meals and tracks calories, macros, protein, and nutrients. Goals cover weight loss, fat loss while retaining muscle, maintenance, and weight gain, with Standard, Low-carb, Keto, and High-carb macro plans. It also supports higher- and lower-calorie days and weekly calorie planning.

Meals can be logged from favorites, recent entries, saved meals, recipes, leftovers, or by copying a meal or full day. Food can be estimated from a photo, and Ask my Regent answers questions using diary data; estimates and changes require confirmation. Supplements can be added using a barcode or Supplement Facts label. Trends display weight, activity burn, intake, protein, and nutrients over 14, 28, or 90 days.

Apple Watch, widgets, Control Center, the Action button, and Siri offer logging shortcuts. Regent reads weigh-ins and activity from Apple Health and can write meals, water, and supplement nutrients back to it. Diary data remains on the iPhone, cloud backup is disabled by default, and data can be exported. AI features send data to OpenAI only after permission is granted.
