What is RefCampaign?
RefCampaign is an affiliate platform for SaaS. It sits between Stripe and your partner program so you can tell which affiliate generated each paying customer.
The setup is short. Connect Stripe, create a campaign with its landing URL and commission rule, then invite affiliates or open public sign-ups. Each click is recorded with its campaign and partner context. The session stays attached for 90 days, even when the buyer returns later or switches devices. When the Stripe payment lands, RefCampaign creates the matching commission record with amount, status and affiliate context.
On the merchant side, the dashboard pulls together what monthly operations actually need: conversions, revenue, pending and approved commissions, payouts ready to run, performance by campaign and by affiliate. Commission models support percentage, fixed and tiered rules, with limited or recurring duration. Payouts are prepared in batches and executed via PayPal, bank transfer or manual method. Payout history stays auditable.
On the affiliate side, every partner gets their own portal. They find their tracking links, marketing assets shared by the merchant, real-time earnings and the status of each commission. Links can use a branded domain to stay aligned with your brand instead of a generic redirect.
RefCampaign does not replace Stripe and does not hold affiliate funds. It adds the attribution layer, commission logic and partner reporting around your existing stack. The SDK and server helpers keep attribution metadata attached through the checkout flow without forcing a rewrite of your billing code.
Works for subscription billing, recurring payments and programs driven by community or sales teams.
