What is Reelloft?

Reelloft is a desktop app for watching videos stored on your computer from your phone and TV.

Choose a folder and Reelloft builds a searchable poster wall. Scan the QR code to browse and play the library from your phone’s browser, with no phone app or account required. Send a title to a compatible DLNA TV, Chromecast, or classic AirPlay receiver over your home network.

Media stays on the computer and local Wi-Fi. Reelloft does not upload the library or viewing activity to a cloud service. Directly supported files are streamed as-is; other supported playback paths can use on-demand remuxing or conversion on the computer.

Scanning, browsing, phone playback, and five minutes of every TV cast are free. A one-time $15 license removes the TV-cast timer and unlocks unrestricted on-demand conversion. License verification happens offline.

Reelloft is available for macOS, Windows, and Linux. The computer holding the videos must stay on while the library is being used.
