This add-on saved my reddit feed. I have blocked around 300 subreddits and keep going!
There back up option to move the filters and settings to new device too. The developers are working hard to bring new features and fix bugs.
It's a very ambitious project to let you customize Reddit to your liking, but unfortunately it's several years out of date now. Many features never got updated after the Reddit UI was updated in 2018.
It's mostly abandonware at this point, which is a real shame because it had so many useful features in its heyday.
