Reconstruct is a web platform that offers a safe space for your mind. We build FREE interactive self-help tools designed to overcome negative emotions, and navigate your everyday thoughts.

But what exactly do we do? We're building a one-stop destination for all things related to mental health and wellness. While we currently offer only self-help tools to overcome negative emotions, we will soon be a resource pool for all things mental health - from books to therapists, counsellors, etc, you will have all the information here.

Why are we doing this? There's a lot of stigma surrounding mental health. Also, there's a general lack of awareness about how therapy works or if it's right for them. We're here to show you that taking care of your mental health can be a natural part of your daily life. We want to give you access to tools and knowledge to feel in control of your well-being every day. We further hope to showcase therapy as a natural progression for those who need extra help.

Can you book therapy via Reconstruct? Yes you can

How can you book therapy via Reconstruct? Soon you'll be able to book a session with vetted therapists, without our intervention. But until then, let us know once you finalize a therapist and we will send you a booking link.

Why should you trust us? We're giving you all the ammunition to build good mental health. Our role is to provide you all the resources and find the best therapists for you. We rely on your goodwill and testimony to keep our organisation afloat. You tell your friends. Your friends tell their friends. That's how it works. So if you have a bad experience through our platform our whole modus operandi goes for a toss.

Further, the founder of the organisation - Ashika (that's me), had gone through some bad experiences herself ( it's hard to write in third person) when it came to mental health support -so the hope is to give you access to the best support at moments of vulnerability.
