ReadSignFlow is policy acknowledgment software for HR, compliance and operations teams.

An admin uploads a policy, chooses who needs it (by department, location, role or a CSV list) and sets a deadline. Employees receive it by email or in a web portal that works on a phone or a shared tablet, read it to the end and acknowledge it. Reminders go out automatically before the deadline, and overdue items escalate to managers. An optional quiz can be required before signing.

Each acknowledgment is recorded with the time, the device and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact document version, and a signed PDF receipt is produced. The audit log is append-only. Admins can export an audit pack (signed receipts, completion report, event trail and fingerprint manifest) in one click.

There is a free plan for up to 20 employees. Paid plans add unlimited campaigns, branding, version control, a REST API and webhooks.
