What is Compliance Flux?

Compliance Flux is a web-based HR policy management platform that covers the policy lifecycle: publishing, training, acknowledgments, reminders, completion records and renewals.

Admins can upload or write a policy, or combine several documents into a draft, and generate a written guide, audio version with transcript, slides and an editable quiz from it. Policies are assigned to departments or the whole company, including future joiners, with acknowledgment, quiz or both, configurable passing scores and attempt limits. Employees can sign from a desktop or mobile browser and ask questions about their assigned policies in a chat.

A dashboard tracks completion by department and sends targeted reminders, while version history, renewal scheduling, quiz certificates and downloadable acknowledgment records keep an audit trail. Employees can be imported by CSV or through HRIS connectors, and multiple organization workspaces are supported.
