    Readability is described as 'turns any web page into a clean view for reading now or later on your computer, smartphone, or tablet' and is a well-known app in the Web Browsers category. There are more than 10 alternatives to Readability for a variety of platforms, including Online / Web-based, Google Chrome, iPhone, Android and Mac. The best alternative is Pocket, which is free. Other great apps like Readability are Inoreader (Freemium), wallabag (Free, Open Source), Instapaper (Freemium) and Evernote Web Clipper (Free).

      Readability is not a bookmarking service. Pocket is. I just want something to clean up what I'm currently reading in the browser without saving it.
