What is Rango AI?

Rango is an AI meeting agent that participates in your calls instead of silently transcribing them.

It joins Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams through its own email address — add it to a calendar invite the way you'd add a colleague. No plugins, extensions, or setup for anyone else in the call.

During the meeting it transcribes and takes notes in the background. Say "Hey Rango" and it answers out loud: recall what was decided in a previous call, look something up on the web, or generate a document mid-meeting. It waits until you've finished speaking, and stays silent when it's merely mentioned rather than addressed.

After each call, everyone on the invite receives the notes by email, and the meeting is distilled into a knowledge base organized by people, organizations, projects, and decisions. Ask it later — in meetings or in the web app — questions like "what did we agree with the client three weeks ago?" and get answers with sources from past calls.

Free to try; paid plans from $49/month.
