Comments and Reviews
Quora has a wealth of excellent responses on a wide range of subjects. I enjoy reading the viewpoints of fluent people, especially the experts. Definitely on Quora, there's a lot to learn.
Quora is run by a bunch of megalomaniacal jerks, apparently.
Quora shadowbans spaces it disagrees with, and answers it disagrees with.
Quora is nothing more than a propaganda machine created to enforce the elite owners' ideololgies.
Not as good as it once was (lots of spam and the level of discourse has suffered in recent years), but still a pretty good resource.
Quora is free to use. They have a subscription that you can choose to pay for if you want, but is not necessary and 99% of the posts are not locked behind it as most people don't like it.
Question and answer platform.
Just another censorship platform.
Here's a conversation between me and Quora:
Me: "I can't login to my account. Why?"
Quora: "Hi 'me'
Thank you for writing to us regarding access to your account.
Quora believes that all community members should make an effort to contribute useful content to the community and ultimately make the site a better resource for everyone.
The following are some of the reasons why we will suspend an account:
After reviewing your activity at Quora, we can confirm that your account has been suspended for suspicious or malicious activity.
Unfortunately, the suspension of your account will not be lifted. This decision is final, you will no longer be able to use Quora.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Sincerely,
'staff_name' User Support Quora"
Me: "I would usually ask for more details about what suspicious or malicious activity I am accused of, but given that social networks nowadays do-and-undo and censor whatever they want on their platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter... and now Quora... I think it would be a futile act, especially when I am already condemned to an irrevocable suspension even before any defense or conversation."
