Does the same thing in a simple GUI and more, lets you also verify folders and is free and open source unlike MD5 SHA Checksum Utility.

Quick Hash unlike other hashing software lets you compare folders to see if the folders are the same. This is useful if you make backups and want to confirm that the files are in order. With other software you have to go into the folder and one by one check each file in the folder. This program saves you time so you don't have to deal with that, and its open source and works for Windows, Linux and Mac. The only problem with it is if you have gigabytes of files its very slow for verifying large amounts of files in folders, otherwise 5 stars for the easy to use GUI.
