What is Quackback?
Quackback is an open-source customer feedback platform. Users submit feature requests on public voting boards, upvote what matters, and discuss priorities in threaded comments. A kanban-style roadmap tracks what's planned, in progress, and shipped. A changelog with RSS notifies voters when requested features launch.
Integrates with Slack, Linear, Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Asana, ClickUp, Shortcut, Notion, Trello, Discord, Teams, Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and Make. Full REST API with OpenAPI 3.0 docs. Includes an MCP server for AI agents in Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or VS Code.
AGPL-3.0 licensed. Self-host with Docker in 5 minutes or one-click deploy on Railway. No user limits, no per-seat pricing. Cloud version coming soon.
