Instagiffer has dependencies on Python 2.7, which can be broken by Windows Update. QGifer on the other hand is already portable, and had no problems creating a 1920 x 1080 GIF at 30fps (and higher) of a 3 hour concert. I'm not exaggerating, those are the specs I tested QGifer on. I'm very impressed, and it renders GIFs multiple times faster than the competition.
