I've been using this for several months now and for a medium sized team is perfect. It has just the right amount of features and personalization capabilities.
This software needs more attention! It's amazing and took me a while to find. The information on AT is a little old, the app is now on version 9 and runs very well. Unlike many other PM tools such as redmine, this one only needs MySQL and PHP! The setup is amazingly quick and I have yet to encounter a single bug. Great work on this tool!
