What is QasTools?
QasMixer is a desktop mixer application for ALSA's "Simple Mixer Interface".
This is the same interface that gets used by the console alsamixer.
It can access and modify the hardware's internal settings, unlike the default PulseAudio volume controls used in Ubuntu, etc.

Accesses the hardware's internal settings, prettier than alsamixer or alsamixergui, can be arranged in a nice interface and remembers it from one startup to the next.
