Comments and Reviews
PureOS is a great choice for an operating system. It has a rock-solid Debian base with a number of security improvements for the privacy-focused individual. The fact that Purism is also putting PureOS on their Librem phones, which will have the capability of running a full desktop when it's plugged into a monitor makes it even more amazing. The simple fact that they did themselves what even Canonical couldn't achieve (convergence with Ubuntu Touch) is a testament to their team and their dedication.
All versions of PureOS are quite slow in updating even the most important packages. Not good for my usage. Might be good for you...
Great OS, really respectfull fo the user's privacy, which is not the case with a proprietary (closed source) system like: Windows or iOS/MacOS. This century is a good chance for everybody to turn the page of the chaos brought by proprietary systems from Microsoft and Apple.
