Not convenient but may better than those run in Windows. Anyway it does help just after defragment.

After trying other HD defragmenters like PerfectDisk and Defraggler, this is my favorite one. Not only it defragments your files; it has boot time defragmentation and other optimization options. It's fast, efficient and has many setup options. And now it's free !
